We will be clearing the tables on the lower floor for another Music Mondays dance! There will still be 66 seats with a fantastic view of the stage, there’s not a bad seat in the house! The party will be lead by drummer Tyrone Hendrix and the band will feature Arietta Ward (Vocals), Steve Swatkins (keys-Vocals) ,Andre Zapata (bass) and Peter Knudsen (guitar).

When it comes to making good music Tyrone Hendrix as a drummer has maintained the fill, groove and musicality that it entails. This is why he is one of the most sought after Soul, Funk, Gospel and R&B Drummers in the industry.

Born and raised in Oakland, California, a city rich with musical history, from the Hawkins Family, Sheila E and Tony Toni Tone. He is a self taught musician, who honed his skills playing in church and in high school with the world renowned Castlemont Castleers.

In 2004, Tyrone relocated to Portland, Oregon where he expanded his repertoire, adding elements of hip-hop, jazz, funk, soul, and Americana. As a constant student of the art of drumming and music, he gives back to the music community through drum clinics, and giving lessons to up and comers. Tyrone consistently does studio work and has performed with Mike Phillips, Liv Warfield, Tony Ozier & The Doo Doo Funk All-Stars, Farnell Newton & The Othership Connection, Jarrod Lawson, Tony Furtado, Allen Stone, and has graced the stage with the legendary Stevie Wonder and the late Prince and his band New Power Generation just to name a few.
