“Her portamento phrasing is engaging, with the fluidity of a horn. She knows when to pause and create a dramatic moment in her solos. Sarah’s upper register sounds clear and vibrant and her stage demeanor is funny and engaging.”— Jovino Santos Neto.

Jonathan Corona is a jazz saxophonist and music educator who resides in Eugene, Oregon. He received his Bachelor's and Master's in Jazz Studies from the University of Oregon in 2017 and 2019 respectively. In addition, he obtained his second Master's in Teaching with a music endorsement from Western Oregon University in 2021.

Jonathan has spent many years teaching jazz and saxophone around Lane County and beyond, catering to any aspiring musician wanting to hone their craft. Along with teaching, he is an active saxophonist that frequently plays in his local community, performing in professional venues like the Jazz Station and the Shedd Institute of Performing Arts.

Andria Martin has been playing jazz piano for decades. She plays with several area musicians, most often with Gerry Rempel and Hamilton Mays. Andria hosts the jazz jam at the Jazz Station and enjoys playing in a variety of venues and groups. She has been lucky enough to perform with Hubert Laws, Bobby Shew, and Dick Oatts and studied with Barney McClure, Carl Woideck, Bill Sabol, and even had a lesson with Ellis Marsallis. When she is not performing, you can find her serving drinks at the Jazz Station or working her day job teaching elementary music in Springfield.

Sean Peterson is a double bassist and composer based in Eugene, Oregon. He performs regularly with Halie Loren, Torrey Newhart, Carl Woideck, Laura Kemp, Oregon Bach Collegium, and as a member of the Shedd Theatricals orchestra. Previously he performed with Toni Glausi, Cascadia Chamber Opera, Eleven Eyes, and others. In 2015 he released his first album as a leader, Let It Snow, which he composed, arranged, recorded, and mixed. Sean received his Master’s degree in jazz studies and his PhD in musicology from the University of Oregon, where he teaches classes on Jazz History, Hip Hop History, and the Beatles.

As the son of a music professor, drummer/percussionist Don Elkington learned early how to bring more to music than just a beat. His musicianship and versatility make him one of the most sought-after musicians in the area. Whether he's playing Ellington, Bacharach, Earth Wind Fire, Tool, Mingus, Jobim, Miles, Steely Dan, Tower Of Power, ZZ Top, Gershwin... you always know his style, feel, and groove.

Music paid for Don’s schooling at Brigham Young University. Now living in Springfield, Oregon he normally averages between 75 and 100 live performances and recording sessions a year. You may have seen him play at The Shedd, The Hult Center, Cuthbert Theater, McDonald Theater, Mathew Knight Arena, wineries, festivals, or many other venues.
