An Iron Chef-style fundraiser for PJCE in which nobody loses and everybody wins a tastier future for the Portland jazz community. The event is free and streaming for all to attend.

PJCE has challenged 3 composers—Kathleen Hollingsworth, Jasnam Daya Singh, and Machado Mijiga—to create new music inspired by the “ingredient" Duke Ellington’s “Don’t Get Around Much Anymore.” After each entrant throws down, they will be judged by a panel of Portland jazz community luminaries, with a gift awarded to the winner.
