Olivia Fields Quartet plays at the Jazz Station in Eugene

Saxophonist Olivia Fields presents a concert featuring original compositions as well as a curated list of her quartet's favorite songs. 
 
This all-star group of musicians represents a new era in the Portland jazz scene. With exceptional energy and musical chemistry, this group demonstrates a great respect for the jazz tradition while embarking on a sincere quest to propel the music into the future. Band leader Olivia Fields (a recent graduate of the UO's jazz studies program) is an in-demand saxophonist and educator in Portland. Olivia was selected as an artist for the 2024 Montavilla Jazz Festival, and has since played to sold-out audiences at Portland's esteemed jazz club, The 1905. Joining her this evening are some of Olivia's close friends and musical collaborators.
