Mike Winkle Trio performs at Arrivederci's

 A "Tribute to all the OTHER GUYS, not named Sinatra" 

Looking forward to next Tuesday, 11/12 to performing with two of Portland's most respected and talented musicians, at Arrivederici. Pianist Tony Pacini, is considered by many to be among the finest pianists anywhere, particularly in the Jazz realm. Dennis Caiazza is on everyone's speed dial when a great and versatile bassist is required. Dennis has one of those playful personalities that comes out in his playing and just makes everything fun.
We will be playing songs from the "Great American Songbook" but featuring the work of some of my favorite male vocalists, not named Frank Sinatra. Sinatra is of course, the gold standard for male vocalists who delve into that genre, but there are enough great singers out there already covering Frank. We will be looking at the work of Chet Baker, Johnny Hartman, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole and maybe a few surprises thrown in.
Most of you know how great Arrivederci is and simply the best venue for a night out that features, great food, full bar, and live music in our area.
