Celebrating the release of Night 0n Earth on PJCE Records, Berkeley, California-based producer/composer/multi-instrumentalist and Class of 2020 Reed College Alumnus Elihu Knowles returns to Portland for the album release and world-premiere performance of the long-form jazz work with the Aaron Space Cosmic Orchestra Friday, March 18, 2022, at Reed College’s Eliot Hall Chapel (3203 SE Woodstock Blvd, Portland, OR 97202) at 6 pm. With the piece’s intended public premiere of the 30-minute piece canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the March 18thperformance is two years in the making.
