The Vancouver Waterfront Concert Series presents the Bobby Torres Ensemble (10 piece band) featuring vocalist Julana Torres. This event is presented by the City of Vancouver. This is the perfect opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy music by some of the finest musicians that the Northwest has to offer.
