Adam Harris is an Oregon-based jazz saxophonist, composer and music educator. Over the last decade, he has established a reputation for himself as a powerful voice in the Pacific Northwest music scene. Over the past several years, he has shared the stage with some of the world's most famous jazz musicians, including Wynton Marsalis, Dave Holland, Randy Brecker and Joshua Redman. In 2022, Adam accepted a full-time teaching position at Western Oregon University as their Director of Jazz Education and Saxophone Professor. In 2023, he became the new artistic director for Swing Shift - a professional jazz orchestra based in Eugene, OR.

Trumpeter Gregory Newman is “deeply committed to defying traditional boundaries.” In 2019 he earned his B.M. in Jazz Studies from University of North Texas, after becoming the youngest member and solo jazz trumpet of the Grammy-nominated One O'Clock Lab Band. He has performed with artists such as Christian McBride, Marcus Miller, Chris Potter, Jimmy Heath, Melissa Aldana, the Kenny Werner Trio, Carl Fischer and others.

David Morgenroth is a solo and collaborative artist in classical, jazz and popular genres. He has performed across the United States and Canada as well as in Europe, Asia and South America, with such luminaries as Michael Brecker, Buddy DeFranco, Benny Golson, Lionel Hampton, Freddie Hubbard, Gary Peacock, Toots Thielemans, and Joe Williams. David has released four recordings under his own name, collaborating with notables like Chris Potter and Bob Sheppard (saxophones), Drew Gress and Chris Colangelo (bass), and Joe LaBarbera (drums). Bill Donaldson of Jazz News writes, “Morgenroth provides evidence of a style shaped by intelligence, clarity of conception, and even an elegance that shimmers. He possesses both invention and originality of sound in abundance.”

Originally from Philadelphia, Ross Garlow has resided in Portland, OR for the last 5 years as a session bassist. Before moving to Oregon he was a music director on cruise ships for 4 years. Grateful to now call Portland his home you can find him at the jazz club playing upright or on the big stage playing for dancing crowds on the electric with bands like Reb & the Good News.

Drummer Adam Carlson craves to play “any genre that grooves.” He earned honors and awards while earning his Bachelors in Jazz Studies at the University of Oregon. He studied under the famed drummer Gary Hobbs, and toured Europe in 2014 with the Oregon Jazz Ensemble under Steve Owen, playing at numerous renowned international Jazz festivals. After a period as a first-call drummer in the Willamette Valley, Adam began his residency in New York City, working with a variety of New York jazz, soul, fusion, latin, funk, rock, and pop bands. Adam’s journey led him to Portland in 2018, where he now teaches drum lessons and performs with a number of Portland bands, including C.J. Mickens & The Powerhouse, Red Bird Soul, EBoneX, Amber Sweeney, Starship Infinity, and Nicole Portley.
