Fresh off the road after opening for Joss Stone, The Stylistics, and Jarrod Lawson - British Soul/R&B artist Stefan Mahendra brings his debut headline US tour to The 1905 for one unforgettable night, celebrating the release of his new EP Home Sweet Home. Born to a Sri Lankan father and German mother, Stefan Mahendra’s musical journey began at a piano bench in South London, shaped by early classical training under his mother’s guidance. It wasn't long before he was drawn toward jazz, soul and R&B, immersing himself in the music of Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Donny Hathaway and D’Angelo. Their influence runs deeply through Stefan’s music.
